Schwarz Digits creates the technological foundation for digital sovereignty in Europe. As the IT and digital division of the Schwarz Group, we develop and manage the IT infrastructures for the retail divisions Lidl and Kaufland, as well as Schwarz Production and PreZero. Your Tasks

  • You co-develop highly available cloud services together with your team.
  • You develop REST APIs through which our customers manage the service lifecycle.
  • You develop Kubernetes operators to automate the lifecycle of cloud services.
  • You continuously automate and optimize all technical workflows.
  • You have high standards for software quality and ensure it by implementing automated unit and integration tests.
  • You take ownership within the agile product team: You Build It – You Run It!
  • You competently conduct deep root cause analyses and identify sustainable solutions that you implement directly.

Your Profile

  • You are passionate about agile software development and state-of-the-art cloud technologies.
  • Your focus lies in software development and Kubernetes, and you already feel at home in cloud environments.
  • You impress us with solid programming knowledge in Golang.
  • You have already gained valuable experience with common IDEs and associated development tools, e.g., Git, Docker, ArgoCD, etc.
  • You have experience in applying the 12-Factor App methodology.
  • You enjoy sharing your knowledge with other team members.
