Our regular welcome events are designed to make you feel at home. Your personal mentor will be at your side from day one to help you find your feet. Apprenticeships and dual study programmes start with a paid onboarding month.

You will be able to develop your personal and professional skills within a structured framework. From apprentices to the C-suite, we provide financial support for external training and degree programmes whenever they help you contribute more.
