Your tasks
As a Project Manager for Workforce Management in Logistics (m / f / d), you will be responsible for the implementation of forward-looking personnel systems and concepts at our international logistics locations, thereby ensuring the digital transformation of our global processes.
Specifically, this means:
Assumption of responsibility for the international rollout of forward-looking personnel systems / concepts in logistics
Analysis of existing systems and concepts as well as derivation and implementation of optimization potentials
Management of projects across all phases, including budget and schedule monitoring
Driving forward the digitization of our processes in the warehouse environment by introducing modern IT systems
Development and implementation of sustainable training and empowerment concepts for employees
Implementation of target group-oriented training and ensuring effective knowledge transfer
Presentation of results at all hierarchy levels
Close cooperation with internal teams (other HR departments, IT, logistics) and external partners
Your profile
Completed degree studies (logistics, business engineering, business informatics, business administration) or comparable qualification related to logistics or HR
Experience in managing digitization projects in HR / logistics
Experience in analysis, conception and optimization of processes is desirable
Ability to formulate, document and implement IT system requirements in collaboration with IT colleagues
Knowledge of project management and international rollout in the context of IT / HR or logistics projects
Experience with personnel systems, especially WFM (workforce management software, for example Workforce Plus, Dayforce), is an advantage
Very good knowledge of English
Business fluent German is an advantage
Willingness for international business trips as well as a regular on-site presence (hybrid work model)
