The impact you will create:
As a Service Transition Manager, you will take over operational process responsibility within the Schwarz group
You are contact person for our IT colleagues and assist them to transfer products to the IT operations
You are responsible for consulting domains and product teams regarding new and existing processes for Service & Support
You assist the Product Teams in documenting their support processes, ensuring that knowledge is optimally provided to guide AI from 1st Level support up to the product team
You monitor the whole process of the service transitions and make sure, that the defined milestones are met
You moderate meetings and workshops in a sovereign way
You network within the whole company and inspire our IT colleagues for the Service Transition topic
You connect the domains, product teams and the Service & Support departments.
Experience and skills you will need:
Your bachelor or master degree in business informatics, your IT apprenticeship or similar work experience make your first steps to the Service Transition environment possible
You already have working experience in Service & Support topics and an understanding of how knowledge must be structured for AI-driven support
Basic requirement is a ITIL 4 or 5 Foundation or similar qualifications. Ideally, you already completed the 'create, deliver and support' class. If not, we will enable you to do so.
Your good English and very good German knowledge is a prerequisite for our international work environment
Your professional and convincing appearance, confident communication and presenting skills as well as good organizational and negotiation skills will ease your daily routine
