Your tasks

  • You strengthen our international team in the Schwarz Group's Service & Support department, specifically within HR Systems, focusing on Workforce Management tools.
  • You support our HR Key users and HR Business Solutions Experts colleagues from Lidl, Kaufland and other companies within the Schwarz Group with troubleshooting.
  • You prioritize, analyze, document and process incoming error tickets.
  • Your activities also include close cooperation with specialist departments as well as internal and external development teams. 
  • If necessary, you train the local support departments through specially created training sessions.
  • Continuous optimization of support processes and operations is a primary focus of your day- to- day.
  • You handle proactive and reactive problem management to avoid long-term disruptions in HR Systems.
  • You serve as the primary service contact person for application support

Your profile

  • Education: A university degree in Information Technology or a related field is desired.
  • Experience: You already have  professional experience in IT support tasks or IT projects.
  • Systems: Ideally, you have experience handling Support Ticketing Systems
  • Languages: Fluent English (must-have) and at least B2-level German (very desirable).
  • Motivation: You are motivated by familiarize yourself with new topics
  • Skills: You are characterized by strong analytical skills, interconnected thinking, and a  passion for process optimization.
  • Teamwork: You enjoy working in an international team environment.
  • Mindset: You are results oriented, and demonstrate a ‘can-do' attitude – bringing adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness
  • Certifications: Knowledge in ITIL is a plus.
