For over ten years, we have been developing, supporting, and internationalizing Lidl’s digital business models. This includes the Lidl online shop and other digital services. We are already present in more than ten countries with our digital products and services. The international threads of the digital Lidl activities all come together at our headquarters in Neckarsulm and our digital office in Berlin. And we are continuing to grow. We are looking for a Product Manager for our Marketing Automation Squad, who is responsible for creating data-driven, personalized, automated omnichannel campaigns across emails, push notifications, SMS, and other channels. It provides targeted communication our customers in over 30 countries who use the Lidl Plus loyalty program or becomes a Newsletter subscriber with personalized experiences at every stage of the customer lifecycle across all channels- both in-store and online.
Your key responsibilities
Be the first contact person for countries and internal stakeholders in case of doubts, bugs, or improvements to be made in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SMFC)
Prioritize all country requirements together with the Product Owner to continuously improve and add functionalities to the SFMC product catalog
Conduct training sessions for all SFMC features made available to countries
Understand countries needs and business strategies to collect requirements and continuously improve all Marketing Cloud-related products
Write tickets with requirements and be available for the team to solve functional questions
Your profile
Ideally 1-2 years' experience in software or digital project management
Experience in e-commerce CRM campaigns or product management
Ideally Experience in managing CRM/ Marketing automation-tools or ideally Salesforce marketing Cloud knowledge
Strong communication and organizational skills
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or other Agile tools
Experience with CRM or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
