Your tasks
- In Platform we aim to generate the maximum value to the product teams that work in SCRM to make their life easier. We provide tools for CI/CD, Gitops, observability, infrastructure and more to improve the developer
- experience and decrease developers cognitive load to help them focus on their product core.
- Be involved in throughout the lifecycle of the software development team with responsibility on deploying, maintaining, operating, and monitoring the cloud infrastructure.
- Build and improve the platform to iterate from single to multi–Cloud Kubernetes environment.
- Automate and move to a self-service approach through the Developer Portal while maintaining product team’s independency and control over their infrastructure.
- Research and innovate to find new tools for the teams.
- Collaborate with other domains/areas experts to find the best solutions for all the company.
Your Profile
- Deep experience in Google Cloud Platform.
- Deep knowledge on Cloud infrastructure, specially in Kubernetes complex environments.
- Kubernetes
- Terraform
- GitOps
- Observability (Grafana, Opentelemetry, Prometheus, Loki, Tempo, Mimir…).
- Scripting Language (Bash, Python, Powershell…).
- Cloud Networking strategies and security.
- Appreciated Non-relational databases, especially Cosmos DB, MongoDB.
- Appreciated Relational databases, especially PostgreSQL.
- Appreciated Message broker solutions like RabbitMQ,Azure Service Bus, Event hub, Kafka and others.
- Appreciated Caching/optimization strategies with Redis, CDNs and others.
- Appreciated Experience building Development Platforms.
- 7+ years as SRE and/or Platform engineering.
- Hands on, you will develop and be accountable for the solutions you design.
- Open minded and capability to manage cross area iniciatives.
- Experience in big enterprise environments. We interact with +30 teams and impact +10 million customers every day.
